Last month, Shreveport got a chance to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the legendary Hell in a Cell match between The Undertaker and Mick Foley (in the match as Mankind) when Mick appeared at Geek'd Con. This past Monday, New Orleans got a chance to celebrate the same anniversary.

While WWE Superstar Elias was in the ring preparing for his musical performance, he started taking shots at New Orleans, and Saints fans. Claiming things like Drew Brees doesn't want to be a Saint, and that seemed like it was too much for Mick. The moment was interrupted by Mick Foley's music hitting, and the legend coming down to the ring.

I'd like to believe that he learned to love Louisiana so much at Geek'd Con that he felt the need to defend Saints fans in that moment.

When Foley hit the ring, he took a little push back from Elias, before launching into the reason that he was there. Because it's the anniversary of his legendary Hell in a Cell match, he will be the special guest referee this weekend at the Hell In A Cell pay-per-view event during the WWE Universal Championship match.

You can see the whole thing in the video above.
