Monroe High School Teacher To Be Featured On WWE's The Bump

A high school teacher from Monroe has been going viral online for a little while now. "The Professor" Nick Harrison has pulled in over 622,000 fans on his TikTok page, with almost 7 million views to his TikTok credit. His other social media has blown up too, including over 11,000 fans on his Facebook page, which was launched on March 1st of 2021. He has thousands on Twitter, and on Instagram too.

How has he become so popular? Pro wrestling.

Harrison has been doing impressions of wrestlers entrances, both new and classic, as well as making videos about pro wrestling fans too. He also makes some other great content too, sometimes around his day job...being a teacher.

But his pro wrestling fandom, and popularity, has now caught the attention of the biggest pro wrestling organization in the world...WWE.

This week, "The Professor" will be appearing on WWE's The Bump...

WWE's The Bump is a weekly show that recaps recent matches, interviews big names from the WWE Universe (fans of pro wrestling), and the show features games and contests as well. IMDB describes the show like this:

"The latest news and happenings in WWE can be found exclusively on "WWE The Bump." This weekly show features WWE Superstar special guests revealing never-before-heard stories and previewing their upcoming matches, as well as contests, interviews with members of the WWE Universe and more."

Harrison will be featured as a member of the WWE Universe, and as The Bump describes his appearance, he'll be taking them "to school".

Here's a sample of the legendary musical acts who have played Shreveport's Memorial Coliseum over the last 60 years. The Hirsch was basically the homefield for bands like Van Halen and ZZ Top, who regularly put the Hirsch near the top of their tours. For that reason, we're actually not going to feature them on this list, because they were basically "house bands" for Shreveport...and that's NOT a bad thing.
