One Injured in Cedar Grove Shooting

A shooting has left one person injured in Cedar Grove. Shreveport Police are currently investigating the shooting after the call came in at 6:16p.m. the evening of May 12th.

Officers arrived on the scene at East 81st street in Cedar Grove to find one victim suffering from a gunshot wound to the body. Shreveport Police are still trying to figure out the cause of the shooting. The victim was taken to a nearby hospital and treated for injuries. The victim is expected to recover.
