Last year I found myself wondering what I was going to do for Christmas, more like what I was going to eat.

Are You Wondering What Is for Dinner on Christmas?

This is probably one of the worst things to wonder especially on Christmas day.

I was the one who ruined Christmas in 2020. Many people were fortunate enough to enjoy each other's company however according to the CDC I was very much contagious up until Christmas Eve. So that left me with having to choose a unique Christmas meal that I could enjoy while watching "Dr.Suess' How The Grinch Stole Christmas".

This year I wanted to take the guesswork out of ordering food for those who may have been in the same predicament I was in last year.

I have called several restaurants around town and so far these are the places that have confirmed that they will in fact be open and serving up some of our favorite meals on Christmas day. If I missed a restaurant that will be open please feel free to message me here.

Oyster Bar & Grille- Nothing says Merry Christmas like several margaritas from Oyster Bar right? 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Crispy Donuts on Airline- Need some breakfast before opening presents? 4903 Airline Dr, Bossier City, LA 71111

Cheng's Garden- In the wise words of my friend on 318 Curbside eats "Cheng's is straight fire". If you want a delicious Chinese meal call them. 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Imperial Cathay Chinese Restaurant- This is one of my favorite spots for a delicious and inexpensive dinner. They will be open on Christmas from 11:00 a.m. - 9:30 p.m. and you can get it delivered through Waitr.

Flying Heart Brewing & Pub- Wings, pretzels, and beer will be the only things available but you can still get your pub food fix. Sorry, no pizza available. They'll be open from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Saltgrass Steakhouse- Treat yourself to some steak for Christmas dinner. They'll be open from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. you can also order through Grub Hub, Door Dash, and Waitr and have it delivered to you.

Waffle House- I mean they are always open, right? Sorry no delivery or curbside available here, but I mean, they are open.

Denny's- If you want some Moons over your Hammy Denny's will be open and they'll be open from 7:00 a.m. to Midnight. You can ask for curbside delivery as well.
