Reward Offered in Webster Parish Extreme Animal Abuse Case
It never ceases to amaze me how terrible people can be. Over the weekend, some sad excuse for a human killed a dog - which is bad enough. The heinous nature of this crime makes it clear, the person(s) who did this are the worst.
This weekend in Webster Parish, a dog identified as "Faith" was apparently tied-up, taped-up, and thrown from a moving vehicle on eastbound I-20 near mile-marker 40 (Goodwill exit). Unfortunately, Faith would succumb to the massive injuries sustained during the ordeal, even though Officer Winiarski with the Webster Parish Sheriff's Office and the un-named people that found the wounded animal rushed to nearby Claiborne Animal Clinic. The authorities have confiscated the duct tape, rope, and collar used to restrain the dog.
