It seems like all the local law enforcement agencies in the Shreveport/Bossier City area are getting in on the lip sync challenge that's sweeping the nation!

I absolutely love how different all of these videos are and how much fun people in our community are having with them. In a time when we desperately need to come together, the fact that we're coming together over law enforcement is especially telling. While these folks volunteered their time to make these video for our entertainment, let's not forget that they also elect to protect and serve our communities on a daily basis. Here's a big THANK YOU to all of our brothers and sisters in blue for all they do, for putting their lives on the line every day and for keeping us safe, even when we aren't behaving!

Here's the Lip Sync Challenge video from the Bossier Parish Sheriff's Office that we've all been waiting for and it's definitely worth all of the hype! We love the references to Sammy Hagar, Eddie Murphy's Beverly Hills Cop and the great one himself, Elvis! We're sure glad that BPSO was able to get their man though and Sheriff Whittington was able to put Elvis, 'back in the building!'

The Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office released their video Monday, July 24, 2018 on their Facebook page to the tune of Pharrell William's Happy and featured Sheriff's Safety Town, their K-9 unit, local school resource officers, the Woodlawn High School Marching Band, 'Big Bertha' and more!

Not to be out done, the Shreveport Police Department released their Lip Sync Challenge video later Monday night in conjunction with Twin Blends Photography as a tribute to fallen SPD Officer Thomas LaValley and Sgt. Tim Prunty, embracing a past meets the future super hero theme that gave me chills!

It looks like the Haughton Police Department beat everyone to the punch, highlighting the spouses of Law Enforcement officers with their Lip Sync Challenge video set to Meant to Be by Bebe Rexha and Florida Georgia Line starring Sgt. Brandon Coker and his wife Farah.
