In what sounds like something straight out of a movie, RadarOnline is exclusively reporting that ‘Spider-Man’ star Tobey Maguire is the target of a lawsuit over a multi-million dollar, illegal poker game. The suit, filed in Los Angeles, claims that Maguire won over $300,000 from hedge fund manager Brad Ruderman. Ruderman allegedly used some of the money he had earned from an illegal Ponzi scheme,
