The Krewe of Highland Parade Pleases [PICS]

The old adage is true, it never rains on Highland! Well, except for last year, but we're just going to forget that!

Seriously, the misting rain held off until the parade was done and what a parade! The Highland parade is known as a neighborhood parade and all of the house parties and cookouts along the route were proof positive of that! I loved all the signs! The Krewe of Highland parade is also known for it's 'unconventional' throws, like Moon Pies, Ramen noodles, hot dogs, spaghetti and meatballs and more!
