Wag n’ Walk at Walter B. Jacobs Memorial Nature Park

With the weather we have had lately it has been pretty difficult to get out and do something with my dog. The dog park is still closed, and was my only source to get Rudd, my chocolate lab mix, to socialize with other dogs.

According to the Facebook event page, Wag n' Walk will be this Saturday, April 28th from 10 am to 11:30 am at Walter B. Jacobs Memorial Nature Park.

This event is geared to adults with dogs, however children ages 8 and up are welcome along with an adult. The event will consist of "leashed dogs and their owners will go on 1.5 mile trail hike to explore the spring forest."

This is a great way to meet other people who love dogs and nature.
