We’ve Been Doing This All Wrong: Cheese Grating

Being raised in the restaurant business I am no stranger to using kitchen utensils. I still am envious of how my parents and brother Carlos are able to use a kitchen knife. Yeah, I am talking about them cutting up vegetables and slicing meat better than Gordan Ramsey.

After watching that I feel so dumb. If you knew how to correctly use a cheese grater why weren't we doing it this way sooner? Share this, there is someone out there who will continue to do it the hard way. Not me though, at least not anymore!
