Who Was Voted The Worst Person In Shreveport This Week
This week we introduced a new award, The Worst Person In Shreveport This Week.
Almost immediately, we had people bitching at us. With all sorts of reasons why this was terrible. From "you are just being mean" to "you guys should name more people on here".
Seems like no one was happy.
But after HUNDREDS of votes in just a couple of days, someone was down with it. I'd like to believe those people all understood the humor in this, but some of them may actually have been taking this at face value. See, this whole thing is a joke, not intended to be serious at all.
Did anyone really think we'd print a certificate or buy a trophy for someone?
Anyway, here were the people being voted on:

Now we did get A LOT of other people named too, which reading a lot of those gave me hope that people were understanding the humor. People were naming personal friends, co-workers, and even fictional characters like Team Rocket.
But after the dust settled, we found our winner:
So if you still believe this whole thing is 100% serious, you're probably expecting a picture of the trophy or certificate of achievement here...but you're not going to find it, because this is a giant joke.
