Cajun Navy Documentary to Air on The Discovery Channel July 23

Earlier this year we told you about a documentary featuring the Cajun Navy and the wait is nearly over. It airs tonight!

The Cajun Navy documentary debuts on The Discovery Channel on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at 9:00 pm CST.

Last year, Lightbox, a production company from London, followed the group that makes up Cajun Navy 2016 to film their rescue and relief efforts.

According to the Cajun Navy 2016 website, this is what the group had to say about the filming process:

They did a wonderful job of documenting without interfering, sometimes even assisting. Our volunteers enjoyed interacting with the film crew, and we learned a few things too. It was an honor to be a part of this project. We hope it will inspire others!
