If you love Louisiana food, there is an event coming up that will showcase some of the best food you will ever put in your mouth. Not too many people in Shreveport and Bossier know about this spectacular food extravaganza, but it is time to think about making that short drive for Flavor of Louisiana.

This is a fundraiser for NSU and it is being held Friday, March 17 in Prather Coliseum.

Flavor of Louisiana is sponsored by the NSU Foundation along with the Louisiana Seafood Board. You will be able to savor some of the best dishes you will ever try. These specialty seafood dishes are prepared by restaurateurs, chefs and caterers from all over the state. Guest can also enjoy specialty cocktails, craft beers and desserts. If you don't eat seafood, you will also find great options.

This special event also features live music, dancing, raffles, silent auctions and more.

How Big Is this Natchitoches Event?

“After a COVID-induced hiatus, last year’s return of Flavor of Louisiana was one of most popular events that took place at NSU and we are thrilled to be hosting the 2023 event,” said Cristy Bernard, assistant director of Donor Relations.  “Guests can expect great food, good people and lots of fun on March 17.  It’s a celebration of the Demon family, donors, supporters, students, alumni and friends.”

How to Get Tickets to this Event?

Doors will open at 6 p.m.  Tickets are $85 per individual and $135 per couple.
