This NBA D-League Play-By-Play Guy Is Just the Worst [Video]

When it comes to the NBA Development League, there's a reason that the players aren't in the actual NBA.

They're just not good enough yet. That's not to say that they won't be some day. But, as for right now, not yet.

The same could be said for the play-by-play guys in the D-League.

RJ Choppy is the play-by-play guy for the Frisco, Texas-based Texas Legends, the D-League affiliate of the NBA's Dallas Maverick.

Now, these D-League games aren't on television. They're only available to view online.

Because of that, the announcers don't need to conform to the same broadcast standards as regular TV.

Good 'ol RJ decided to work in as many old wrestling catch phrases as possible into a recent game call.

Points for creativity, maybe? Nah.
