Stu Brews His Own Beer! [PHOTOS]

Beer : (noun)
1: a general name for alcoholic beverages made by fermenting a cereal (or mixture of cereals) flavored with hops.
2: necessary for the livlihood of mankind and damned delicious.

Ok, that second one is mine...but true nonetheless.  I started brewing my home beer after a wonderful gift from my mother-in-law (they aren't ALL bad).  I got a Mr. Beer kit which makes about two gallons every seven days.  Then, I did what any red blooded man would do, I went out and bought another one.  4 Gallons of Beer!!! Ah Ah Ah.  Here's what I've brewed so far:
Batch 1:Pale Ale-Dry, lifeless and a little flat.  Tasted just like American Beer!
Batch 2:Pale Ale+brown sugar-Sweet, bubbly and double the ABV!
Batch 3: Irish Red-Full bodied, hoppy, cherry tones.
Batch 4:Cowboy Lager-Very similar to a Blue Moon.
Batch 5:Irish Stout-Still in the bottle.
Batch 6:Dopplebock-Still in the bottle.
