The mall of today is nothing like the mall of the 90s.

If you're of a 'certain' age and grew up in the Shreveport-Bossier City, LA area, you most likely spent a lot of time at Pierre Bossier Mall, Southpark Mall, or Mall St. Vincent, especially over the weekend.

After the dust clears on this latest round of closings, there will reportedly only be 31 locations still open for business in the United States.

Let's say you've decided to give it a go because you feel the little flower in your life is ready for her second face. Congratulations! Now you'll have to worry about if the make-up you bought is full of carcinogens.

When I first got my driver's license back in the Stone Age in Terrell, Texas, there was one place I couldn't wait to drive to--Towne East Mall in Mesquite.  They had the biggest Tower Records store around and I couldn't wait to get there and spend however long I wanted thumbing through the stacks of records...

I found a place unlike any other, and I recommend to anyone reading this to travel down south and make plans to visit this ultimate antique mall.
