For the past couple years, I've been telling you to keep an eye on the Charm City Devils. They are a killer up-and-coming band that is really starting to make waves. They have a new album, 'Battles', coming out here in a couple of weeks, they are currently on the road with Slash, and they'll be playing our 99X Festapalooza II here in a couple weeks.
