Tip of the Day: Don’t Drive Drunk (Especially When Carrying The Bar Tab in Your Pocket) [VIDEO]

We here at 99X don't condone drunk driving. It's just dumb. You can go to jail, loose your license, pay an assload of money to the authorities...and more importantly, you could seriously hurt yourself or someone else. It's just not very good.

But, since we can't stop you and you do drive drunk, make sure you don't do what this guy from Florida did because there is no getting out of this one...

Police in Florida say a drunken driving suspect who said he had only two drinks had a receipt in his pocket showing a nearly $140 bar tab.

Driver Bradley Garrison, 40, had a strong odor of alcohol on his breath, police said, but told officers he had only two drinks at the Charlie Horse Restaurant and Lounge.

Garrison was arrested after failing a field sobriety test.While searching Garrison, officers said they found a receipt in Garrison's front pants pocket from the restaurant showing purchases including 20 Jack Daniels drinks and other drinks, for a total bar tab of $139.09.

Sadly, that isn't even the worse part of the story...when they tried to administer the breathalyzer test, it couldn't be completed because he threw up on the machine.
