Camel and Ostrich Races for Independence Day!

It is almost a guarantee that many of us will be struggling to find some family fun activities during the day on the Fourth of July. If you want to do something crazy, wild, and different make sure you head over to Harrah’s Louisiana Downs! It’s time once again for Exotic Animal Racing, it will have you and the whole family cheering at the edge of your seats. All the crazy fun starts at noon on Independence Day and it goes until 6 o’clock.

In between the horse races you can see ostriches and camels race to take first place. There will also be a Kidzone which will have face painting and all kinds of fun that will keep your kids entertained. There will be several local food trucks and there will also be a buffet to make sure you stay full and fueled. The first race is scheduled for 3:15 PM. Make sure you make plans to take the family out for the Exotic Animal Races and Independence Day races at Louisiana Downs.
